Alerts!
PCFIXd provides regularly updated computer security alerts via our new toolbar.
This more than anything else makes our toolbar very unique and extremely useful!
Many toolbars offer you the functionality of searching a number of search engines, including Google and Yahoo and ours is no different there.
A number of toolbars have weather status built in, as has the PCFIXd toolbar.
Our toolbar also allows you to clear your browser history, delete all cookies from your computer, do an online virus-scan for free and submit a help request directly to PCFIXd!
But wait - it gets even better! From the Links menu in our toolbar you can run our RemoteRepair software, which can allow us to work on your PC as if we were sat in front of it. This is particularly helpful if you need help in completing a particularly challenging task as we would be able to directly guide you. Please do take the time to read through our PC Alerts, which you may access via the link below. Ultimately we strongly suggest you install the PCFIXd toolbar as you will instantly see when a new alert has been posted.
This may mean giving you enough time to patch a newly discovered vulnerability before a remote attacker exploits it and take over your PC!

Online Helpdesk
We are happy to announce that our online helpdesk is now available. The helpdesk system makes it far easier for you to place a service request with ourselves. You will receive automated e-mail responses for placing a request, as well as any updates made to the request. This is yet another way we are striving to constantly improve our service to you. We have evaluated many such systems and decided on the present format as it a) does not require you to remember any passwords (yet still keeps your requests confidential!) and b) it offers a simplified and straightforward means of placing a request. The final benefit is that cutomers do not need to pre-register to use the system. Even a first-time customer can immediately place a request! We hope you find it useful!
